The Giants And Rockets Clash Saturday Night

Game one and two of the series will be played Saturday and Sunday in Vancouver with games three and four back in Kelowna Tuesday and Thursday of next week. The series starts Saturday so not to conflict with a playoff game involving the NHL's Vancouver Canucks. These two teams last met in the first round in 2005, with the Rockets winning in 6 games. These two teams also met in the opening round in 2003 with the Rockets winning in four straight.

Regan you did not need to apologize as those who follow hockey already knew that you are too much a fan of this sport to even think you would enjoy seeing someone hurt.

The internet sadly has become a place where people hiding behind screen names and computers will attack and twist words.

What makes Regan Bartel a fan is the same thing that makes the rest of us hockey fans; we care about the teams we root for with a passion.

Do not let some clowns take your passion away and just keep being Regan Bartel.

the series would have started friday but the canucks play at home then so game 1 pushed up to saturday. gives the giants an extra day to rest. good for us. not so good for you guys. i'd like to say giants in 6 but i think this will go giants in 7, then on to calgary(although i'm pulling for the wheat kings.) just announced this a.m. shaw will televise this series not cal/bdn. good for all of us. Regan, as to your comments about Tyler Myers/Mitch Fadden...what was the issue? your comments seemed legit and not celebratory in the least. i haven't seen the hit but sounds like something similar to Lance Bouma's penalty in the back half of period 3 last night. in his case the spokane player did a 180 right b4 Bouma hit him. good thing the penalty didn't decide anything.
GO GIANTS!!!

It was suggested that I was happy that Fadden was injured on the play, which is totally off the wall wrong. People became so angry that I thought it be best to moderate the comments. People can believe what they want to believe, but I have no ill will against any player, no matter what uniform they wear. I am a father of 6 year-old twin boys. To suggest that, is a slap in my face.

Can't believe it...............the Canucks don't need any support from the Giants and if you have tickets for the canucks that's where you would go. This was just another ploy by "Don Hay" to get a day off for his team.....just like he talks to the officials between periods etc.

What do the Canucks have to do with it...............Do the Giants think they will take some fans from them........What a laugh
This is just another Giants getting an extra day off. I can't wait.....sure glad there putting it on Shaw
