How about this date Regan!! Dec. 27th Vancouver Giant's send 4 Kelowna Rockets to hospital with injuries!! Where are we going to find 8 players to fill these spots is my question??
Someone forgot to let the kid from Swift in on Bouma's habit of finishing his checks hard.....This team once again needs a heavyweight. Curt Gogol has run through the leagues toughest guys but is a light heavyweight at best. When a team takes out three of your players you have to figure you are getting no repect in your barn. That part of junior hockey hasn't changed in my opinion. And the rookie defencemen, all of them that had such a poor game last game need to play way more physical if they are to help this team. If Kelowna drafted for size then why aren't they using it? That Vancouver game was typical post Christmas, but with a playoff spot so fragile, how many kids went the exra mile and trained through the holidays? Halliday and Gogol and Callahan had jump. The rest, including Barrie, were not good. Two points now is going to feel like four points in March.
